Crockpot Philly Cheesesteaks

My husband loves Philly cheesesteaks. They are not readily available around here, so I started trying to find a way to make them. Another plus? Using a crockpot. I love using crockpots to make dinner. No matter how busy the day, you will always have dinner ready for you!

Ingredients:

1 lb beef round steaks

1/2 bag peppers and onions mix

2 cups beef broth

Provolone cheese slices

Hoagie buns

1 packet zesty Italian dressing mix

3 tsp garlic

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Place steak, broth, and spices in crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.

Pull steak out of crockpot, slice and put back in crockpot for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F

Place steak, peppers, and onions in hoagie. Put 1-2 slice of provolone on top. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Enjoy!
