Thick fudge brownies with nutella

Brownies are another favorite of mine. Well….honestly I love dessert period. Who doesn’t? Brownies are an amazing chocolatey, comfort food, that everyone loves. Or they should😉

These brownies are extra thick, fudgey, delicious morsels with everyone’s favorite hazelnut chocolate spread on top.

Prepare for brownie heaven.

4 eggs

3 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup butter

1/4 cup nutella

1 (heapingish) cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups granulated sugar

1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°F

Line 9×9 baking pan with aluminum foil, with excess to pull put of pan, line with cooking spray.

In medium sauce pan, melt butter. Remove from heat, add sugar and chocolate chips. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between each egg. Add vanilla extract.

In separate mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Pour mix from sauce pan into mixing bowl. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix!

Pour into baking pan. Dollop teaspoons of nutella on top of batter. Use a knife to swirl nutella into batter.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick come out clean.

Let cool for about 5-10 minutes, pull out with aluminum foil, and finish cooling on baking rack.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
